Second edition of the Vaud coaching program: concrete examples of digital transformation projects

October 15, 2024

After six months of intense collaboration, the second edition of the Vaud digital transformation coaching program, initiated by EHL Hospitality Business School, the Service de la promotion de l'économie et de l'innovation (SPEI), and Vaud Promotion, has officially come to an end. We had the pleasure of working with seven dynamic companies and associations, each bringing unique and innovative projects that demonstrated the importance of digital transformation in the Vaud tourism sector.

Real, innovative, practical projects

The projects selected this year were particularly concrete and diverse, ranging from the digitization of the customer experience to the optimization of information systems. Here's an overview of the projects:

  • AQUATIS Aquarium SA: Integration of an AI-based chatbot to modernize the visitor experience.

  • Château de Vullierens (Portes des Iris SA): Development of a system for collecting anonymous visitor data.

  • Association Slowlution - Bootis: Creation of a mobile version of the web platform for people with reduced mobility.

  • Montreux-Vevey Tourisme: Digitization of the Montreux Riviera Card for a more personalized experience.

  • Association de l'Arboretum national du Vallon de l'Aubonne: Modernization of information system to enhance data management and operations.

  • Nexswiss Sàrl: Development of multilingual interactive audioguide maps.

  • Avenches Tourisme: Implementation of a camping management software.
